Business Plans for the Real World
You don't have to settle for a business plan as a one-time document that may or may not help raise investment and then sits in a drawer. These days real business plans are built for management, not just show, with metrics and trackability and milestones and such that mean using the plan not just to get started, but to steer and manage the business into the future.
