ABOUT MARK SEARLE \\\'86
As co-founder and chief executive officer of Addamark, Mark Searle leads all aspects of corporate strategy, operations and finances. Prior to founding Addamark, Mark was chief operating officer of
Internet Pictures Corporation (NASDAQ: IPIX), formerly
bamboo.com, where he guided all development, marketing, sales, and delivery activities. Mark helped bamboo.com grow from a
27-person startup into the dominant player in the online virtual tours market; he was a crucial player throughout the company\\\'s IPO process and the merger that created iPIX. Before bamboo/iPIX, Mark
served as chief operating officer of Cybergold and chief
operating officer/vice president of operations
for Plynetics, a leading rapid prototyping service provider. In the 1980s Mark was ranked among the top 25 downhill ski racers in the U.S. Mark holds a bachelor\\\'s degree from Princeton, he completed post-graduate work in English Literature at U.C. Berkeley and he holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

The Princeton Entreprenuers Network of San Francisco (PENSF) is
is pleased to announce another informative event to be held in
San Francisco on Tuesday the 10th of June 2003 at 7 pm. We have two experienced
panelists from the accounting industry who will provide tips for entrepreneurs and answer questions about book-keeping and the dangers of creative accounting.
The event will be at Gordon Biersch in the financial district; we hope you can join us.

SPEAKER PROFILES.
Thomas E. Randlett is a Certified Public Accountant with 23 years of
experience with an international CPA firm, having served as Managing
Partner, and 10 years in expert witness testimony and litigation support.
Mr. Randlett serves on the Board of Directors of a $1 billion REIT. He
specializes in real estate, financial institutions, CATV, construction,
and transportation. His experience includes damages analysis and
measurement, environmental damages, forensic accounting, business and real
estate valuations, lost profits, accountant\\\'s malpractice, generally
accepted accounting principles and cost accounting.
Thomas graduated from Princeton in 1964, and his son graduated in 1987.
Ross Sullivan is Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer for Flex Leasing
Corporation, a 6 year old San Francisco company that owns and operates 7,500
general purpose freight railcars. Ross has been responsible for the
creation and management of Flex\\\'s unique partnership structure that has
allowed Flex to purchase over $400 mil. in assets, efficiently utilize its
inherent tax benefits and to borrow as an investment grade credit. Prior to
the creation of Flex, Ross worked in the equipment financing division of
Ford Motor Company. Ross graduated from Princeton in 1987 and has an MBA
from Columbia.
