Donald Park is a Senior Associate with Austin Ventures. Prior to joining the firm, Donald was an Investment Manager with Primus Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm focused on established, high growth companies in the middle market. While at Primus, Donald focused on investments in the business services, education, healthcare, and software sectors.
Donald previously held positions with The Blackstone Group and Aragon Global Management, and began his career in the investment banking department of Credit Suisse First Boston, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and capital raising assignments for clients in a variety of industrial and services sectors.
Donald holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and an AB in Economics from Princeton University. He is active in the Austin philanthropic community and currently serves on the executive team of CharityBash, a non-profit organization focused on connecting Austin’s young professionals with philanthropies and engaging them in a commitment to community giving.
