Cognitive Code is an early stage technology company specializing in conversational, intelligent software. In short, we have a software technology that interacts and behaves in helpful ways that are strikingly similar to what has often been seen in modern science fiction films.

Our SILVIA platform runs on just about any modern operating system, and the hardware-independent core runtime can be deployed for a broad range of applications, including call centers, mobile applications, talking toys, medical applications and more.

For instance, by employing SILVIA’s conversational intelligence, a banking call center could virtually eliminate the customer pain of dealing with a tree-based system. Customers would no longer need to wade thru several levels of prompting to get to the desired menu item. Instead, a caller would simply ask SILVIA, in plain language, to perform the desired action directly.

On the mobile front, by using our SILVIA technology, a user would no longer need to deal directly with increasingly complex interfaces, nor would that user have to painstakingly use the tiny keyboard on his or her cell phone. Instead, SILVIA is able to intelligently show the user the exact simplified interface components that are needed for his or her specific tasks, and to even communicate with users and perform tasks for them using human language input and output in a predictive, intelligent way that virtually eliminates the need for keypad input.
